What is it

• Remote viewing is when we get perceptions about a target that’s hidden from us, only using the mind. A target could be anything - a person, place, thing or event.

How it started

• Remote viewing started as an experimental ESP project funded by the US Military during the 1960s, but soon branched off into the academic field, at:
  • Most notably at the Stanford Research Institute under stewardship of Dr Hal Puthoff and Dr Russel Targ.
  • Princeton University in New Jersey.
  • Mobius Laboratories in Los Angeles, California.
• Project STARGATE (1978-1995 according to publicly available CIA documents) is the most often referenced project with regards to remote viewing.

Different types of RVing

• Well-known
  • **CRV: Coordinate Remote Viewing **
    • Classic type used in the military.
  • ARV: Associative Remote Viewing
    • Predicting for example the stock market.
    • Can be done with 2 images, like y/n. And the RVer will associate two different images with 2 different outcomes.
  • ERV: Extended Remote Viewing
    • Hybrid between the two, sometimes binaural beats are used.
    • Person is guided into more relaxed states to achieve deeper information about a target.
    • Officially not found to be more effective than other methods.
      • Skip Atwater tried this version with Joe McMoneagle.
  • TDRV: Transdimensional remote viewing
    • Wtf is this.
  • TRV: Technical Remote Viewing
  • HRVG: Hawaii Remote Viewers Guild method
• Unconventional
  • Bullseye (RV method)
